Who can order a HUG-ME-PILLOW?
Anyone
is welcome to order a pillow. HUG-ME-PILLOWS make a great
gift for any occasion.
You don't have to be a member of the military or a military
family to order one
Do the HUG-ME-PILLOWS come in different sizes?
No, we found the size of 12" by 16" to be the most “Huggable” size.
Can I put more than one picture on the
pillow?
Yes, the arrangement would be decided by our art department.
Remember, the more pictures used the smaller they will appear on the
pillow.
What are the
Photo Requirements?
Image
files must be submitted in JPEG format.
Images should be a minimum of 4" by 6'' but no
larger than an 11" by 15".
We will resize the image to fit the pillow proportionately. This
may involve enlarging or cropping,
or adding a border to compliment the pillow.
If you want
the picture to look great on the pillow we must have a good
quality picture to begin with.
Upon reviewing the photo, if we feel that it will not produce a
clear and sharp image we will contact you.
If you are using a digital camera, set it at the best setting
available when taking pictures.

How Can I
Submit Photos?
If you
wish to send us an actual print of the image you would like to
place on your pillow, we suggest that you send your photos
using the pre-made photo envelopes. Originals will be returned
if you supply an a self addressed stamped envelope large
enough to fit the original picture without bending it.
You can
upload digital images through our web site. If you have trouble
using the website, you can
email the photo. If the file is too large, please call us
for instructions

Will the picture cover the entire front of
the pillow?
It depends on the picture received, it's size and quality. We will resize
the picture
to the best fit the pillow proportionally. If it does not fit the
entire space, we will
create a complimentary border around the photo to complete the effect.
How long will
it take to receive the pillow?
Once
we receive your order the pillow will be shipped within 10
business days of your order being finalized.
Can my
order be sent somewhere other than my home?
Yes,
please put that info in the shipping address section of the
order form. If your shipping address
is the same as the home address please indicate by checking the
box above the shipping address .
Do you ship to APO and FPO?
No, we feel that
it is important for you to see the pillow before it goes to your
deployed
loved
one. It also gives you the opportunity to add your own
special thoughts.
